1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Fastest Websites ("we," "our," or "us") for website design, development, or digital services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before commencing any project.

2. Scope of Service & Delivery Timelines

We build custom, mobile-optimized business websites under fixed pricing tiers (Starter, Business, Professional, Premium). Delivery timelines (typically 3 to 7 business days) commence upon receipt of:

• Agreed project deposit or payment milestone.
• All required client assets (brand logo, text content, product details, images).

Delays in client asset provision or revision feedback will proportionally adjust the final completion date.

3. Client Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

Client Content Warranty: The Client certifies that they hold full copyright and legal rights to all text, logos, trademarks, and media provided to us for inclusion on their website.

IP Ownership Transfer: Upon receipt of full and final payment, complete ownership of the custom website design, written code, and visual assets transfers entirely to the Client. Fastest Websites retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio showcase unless restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are dedicated to client satisfaction and transparent fair-trading guidelines compliant with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC):

• Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If you cancel your order before design work has commenced, you are entitled to a 100% full refund of your deposit within 5 business days.
• In-Progress Projects: If you request cancellation after initial design concepts have been developed, a pro-rata refund will be issued, deducting a reasonable 20% administrative and work-completed fee.
• Completed & Delivered Projects: Once a project has been completed, reviewed, approved, and launched on your live domain, payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of web design services. We provide included revision rounds to ensure your website meets agreed project goals.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fastest Websites shall not be liable for third-party hosting outages, domain registration renewal failures managed directly by the client, or lost business revenue. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific service engaged.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to amicable negotiation or resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
